

Creates and maintain all space and merchandising layouts, to ensure maximum use of space and close adherence to the continuously evolving store concepts.Work with execution teams to communicate this direction to stores. Manage layouts on a monthly basis to ensure alignment with most current fixture, merchandising, and adjacency direction for select stores.Accountable for development of any new store & merchandising prototypes and maintains a working knowledge of Merchandising and Operational standards in order to continuously improve the design of stores.Additionally, this associate should be able to build and maintain relationships with cross-functional partners in an effort to help drive tool rental initiatives.Īdditional Accountabilties include but are not limited to: They will be integral in identifying Planogram process efficiencies and success will be measured by on-time planogram delivery as well as planogram integrity. This position will also play an active role in the on boarding, training and coaching of 1 to 3 planogram contractors that will assist in building planograms.

Space Planning Operations Analyst will be responsible for developing and designing accurate interior, fixture, and merchandise layouts for new, relocation, remodels, and the ongoing maintenance of existing store layouts and to execute the creation and maintenance of all merchandising planograms for the THD Rental organization.
